Porsche 911 1973 Targa CLEAN California TITLE STEEL TURBO FENDERS STEEL TURBO FLARES The price has been lowered due to an item being removed Up for sale is a Porsche 911 Targa built in 1973.5 this is a 911T model This 911 has been modified to look like a later model 965 Turbo look (or American Roadster) Quarter panels and fenders are Steel not fiberglass. The car appears to have very minimal rust through the body mostly superficial. Could be make into a special build or stripped and restored to original shape. This was a running driving car last year, the previous owner even had it on a Dyno! It was taken apart so he could give it another paint job but decided not to continue with the project. the engine was sold off Here is your chance to pick up an inexpensive project. This is a key point the car was a running driving daily driver last year this has not been sitting in a field rotting away. There is no snakes, mouse droppings or hidden accidents This vehicle is SMOG exempt from California due to the year. Battery boxes are still intact many small pieces are included through the chassis As well as Bilstein Suspension A CLEAN CALIFORNIA TITLE (Pink slip in hand) is included this is a accident free car, did not see any repair cover ups Non op, No back fees Originally Paint was Green judging from all the small crevices please note the Rare 993 Hollow spoke wheels + Spacers ($1500+$200 alone) are not included with this sale roller wheels will be included. Please note the fenders and quarters are STEEL These along are worth $2500 The engine and transmission are NOT included what you see in the photos is what you will get with the exception of wheels We removed the front wheels and jack up the car from the Tow hook point to inspect The Front tub looked pretty nice, Sway bar through the body was intact, Calipers rotors didn't look too bad ATE Caliper Evaporator and other misc items still intact, Notice the paint Looks like some one upgraded to Bilstein insert judging from the green hats Bonus No major rust down here, suspension looks intact with out damage Battery boxes and front tub More front tub action, seems someone painted it red at one point Nice fender hood lines Second battery box + misc wiring Fenders are also in good shape The white in the following photos is the bright sun shinning from on top NOT HOLES Straps for batteries are still there More signs of the green brake bottle Battery box with some minimal signs of rust Vehicle number under the hood (next to "smugglers box" Steering rack and column intact Under the hood, someone coated black paint latch needs to be attached but all is well Inside the smugglers box Front tub Wide body Steel quarter panel Engine compartment Notice the Bilstein shocks (replaced) Heater tubes are still intact as well Original Oil tank other Bisltein Notice caliper Various cables Original control arms No signs of damage below The top rear cowl panel was touched up to keep it nice and sealed buring partial restoration Rust prevention sealing Rust prevention sealing Metal work was being cleaned up Notice the rear caliper and Axle stub brighter shot of the rear suspension Side view of the chassis Body work was fitted pretty well, Front bumper is hanging on and will be to be properly reattached Tail light and center reflector included This shows off the nice wide body profile light weight rear bumper Driver side rear quarter panel Driver side door Turbo Steel fenders Front view of the chassis Turbo fenders (steel) notice bumper is not properly mounted (loose fitted) Turn signals included Interior of the chassis.
