This is a 1976 l-82 stingray vette. My father got this car new in 76 from a dealership called Fletcher Jones Chevrolet in Southern California, This was the second new car he had ever got himself. the first was a 66 fastback mustang. That may also be listed in another auction. In1988 this car was taken in for oil link at that time the motor was rebuild from the bottom up. This car always went to a dealer for any little problem it may of had. In 1990 the car got parked in the garage. There it sat until 96 were it got moved to a storage unit due to my father health was not going well for him. In 2007 my father signed over both car titles to me. The cars were then moved by das trans and sent here to Indiana. In 2008 my father passed away. Since 2007 this car has just sat in my garage and been started off an on over the years. Things the car needs. New dash pad, New carpet, The brakes are soft in it. May be from sitting. It could also use a bath. The center part where the power window switch's is cracked. That's where I use to sit as a child. Now for the good on the car. It has 34,586 miles on it. On the last paper work when it went in for an oil change in 1989 it says 33,192. The cars runs and drives as it should. The power windows work well, Heat works, Ac works well. Lights works as they should. Radio works. But its a tape player and the sound sucks. Door locks works, Even the alarm system works on the car. Also have the bag for the tee tops. It has a tilt wheel that works also it moves outward as well. wipers work as they should, The head lights works as they should but one comes up faster then the other one. In 2008 the car got new front and rear shocks. Air shocks on the back, New trans filter and gasket, New plugs and wires, Ac was fixed, Carb was rebuild. I was going to put the car back on the road. In the winter months the car gets lifted in the air and sits inside all winter long. The tires are good on the car. Since there Were put on the car in 1990. Also I have the rear baggage rack for the car. It was taken off when I got it shipped to me. I will put it back on. As for shipping I will help the buyer with shipping the car.
