This a used 1961 Ford Econoline van shorty windowless. It has the original 144 six and three on the three tree transmission. It runs, drives, stops and has a collector plate. I drove this van last year and part of this year (I drove it 15 miles just today and 45 miles a few days ago) the brakes work good and rolls down the road pretty smooth! it has rust as most these vans do Around dog house, corner of window, floor (see pics) and the right side cab door does not close very well but i'm sure some mechanical/body work skill could fix this..... It has a custom aluminum gas tank that fits the OEM mounts , new exhaust manifold, comes with a good dog house, 3 row cross flow radiator, spare doors. I bought this van as a project but the new baby needs my time more then this van, so my loss is your gain :) once again this van runs good, motor is in great shape (no smoke or noise) and has been driven often by me since last summer. the body needs some work so this would be a great functional project or drive as rat rod.... Come and drive away please :) I have had a stream of lookers/story tellers/drunks/deadbeats come by I just want it gone so people will stop wasting my time..... so please buy it :)
