This very nice Trans Am is simply stunning at any angle you look at it. This 1979 Trans Am is an awesome car to drive. It gets a ton of “thumbs up”! This Trans Am would be a great addition to any cruise night or local car show. This particular Trans Am is only showing 49,147 miles. It has been repainted, the paint is very nice. This car is not a true Y84 Special Edition. You get the look of a Special Edition at a fraction of the price. The Black over the Camel (Tan) Deluxe Cloth Interior is a very nice color combination to say the least. Now for the best part. The engine has been professionally rebuilt and it now has MORE POWER! It looks very stock like a normal 185 Horse Power 1979 Trans Am. It has a very nice sounding street cam and the heads were professionally done as well. The car can be driven anywhere, anytime. This 1979 TA will actually burn the tires! It features a stainless steel exhaust system with Pypes mufflers. It does have headers on it but it also comes with a set of factory exhaust manifolds. It sounds very healthy! There are many newer suspension parts as shown in the pictures. It is also very clean under the car with no rust issues. The car has not been undercoated. The floors, frame rails, rear valance, trunk pans, and inner rear fenders are rock solid. This Trans Am has been mechanically inspected end to end by an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician. This also covers the safety of the car. If any safety issues are found at the time of the inspection, they are fixed to factory original equipment standards. An inspection sheet is available upon request. This Trans Am also features a very high-end Alpine stereo system with an iPod / iPhone connector hidden in the center console. There are four 6x9 speakers are located in the rear package tray. There are also tweeters on the a-pillar and mid-range speakers in the front of the console. These high-end speakers are all driven with a Carver amp hidden under the trunk mat. The cars floor pan and trunk pan has had Dynamat installed for sound deadening. If a person did not want the stereo system currently installed. A new console and rear package tray can be swapped very easily and inexpensively. This Trans Am is in excellent overall condition. It is a very tight driving car that has been well taken care of throughout its life. Please take time for the time for the 100 ++ clear digital pictures to upload.
