Hello This car was sold but I never recieved payment so I am re-listing it with a clause that you must have at least 1 buy/sell on your ebay account and be registered with paypal..Thank You. I purchased this classic olds as a gift for my dad about 10 years maybe more. I picked this up in California where I was living at the time. I had a hell of a time registering it because it had no plates. In California the plates go with the car. Long story short I had to title and plate it under salvaged but restored all because it didn't have its original plates. My dad flew out and drove the car back to Indiana. Something he always wanted to do. He passed away last year and I moved back home. The irony to this story is in the garage sits the delta and other than an apparent fender bender, ( it's a small town i found out he backed up into the grocery cart storage at the iga ) the car is exactly how I gave it to him, including the California plates lol. So now I am at the bmv in Indiana with California plates and no title. My dad never put it in his name and of course the title is nowhere to be found lol. Long story short car is in my name, registered, plated, with a clean title, not salvaged. That is the last 10-12 year history on this car that I know. As for the car itself this is everything I know about it....It's a 1972 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale, 4 door sedan hardtop. It has a 350 engine, 4 barrel carb, and duel exhaust. With an automatic transmission. This car runs and drives great. Mechanically it is sound. Engine, transmission, suspension, and brakes are in perfect working order. All lights and turn signals are in perfect working order. Even the tires are great. When my wife's car broke she drove this car back and forth to work for a couple months, it's 80 miles round trip. I also fire it up every 3 or 4 days and cruise it around town for a bit. Any and all issue's on this car are cosmetic. Here is everything I can see for repair. The outside will need very minor body work and a paint job. The inside will need the dash, the glove box lock, and the ignition, where you put the key in doesn't have the chrome or silver cover on it, and the headliner is ripped and sewn, but it not hanging. That is everything I can see that's wrong cosmetically. It's all minor and repairable. Also all windows and doors roll up and down, and open and close. The sky is the limit for the potential of this car. This is a very cool car.
