I recently purchased this 911E from the original owner. Purchased from the husband-wife team who bought it new in Germany for American delivery. The car has resided at the same address in Colorado since 1971 except for a 2 year stint in Guam in the 70's. Husband died in the 80's and the car has been stored inside until now. I have drained the fluids and it runs and drives fine. Car is all orginal except for a bad paint job that was done in the 80's. Comes with original title, owners manual, maintenance record book, fact book, and car radio owners manual.Also has original tool kit that has some of the tools. Engine: All original 911E engine runs good needs to be driven and serviced. Transmission shifts good. All mechanics and running gear are original. Body: Small rust spot on usual place at the bottom of the front fender. The body is about as rust free as you could ask for. Undercarriage is rust free original. Floor pans are excellent original on the inside of the car as well as the underneath. Interior: Completly orginal interior in great condition. Small crack on dash pad.Worn spot on carpet by driver's foot. Comes with original radio which I have not tested to see if it works. Excellent gauges. Headliner is good original. Chrome: Looks good. Missing the Porsche and 911 ensignia for the rear engine lid. Still looking for them. Rocker moulding is missing on right side. Rubber: Tires are 15" on the factory original upgrade wheels. Tires look good but are old and need to be replaced. Wheels look good. Seals are usable but should be changed when car is repainted. Great car to drive as is or would be an easy restoration project.
