Hello Fellow E-Bayer !, Up for sale here is a Perfect candidate for a real nice 33 year old restoration project that won't break the bank. This F-150 Ranger has been in my family since she was 2 years old. My Father was the second owner, & I am the Third. She has not been legally driven for the past 12 years. She has not been run in the past 4 years. So, for those of you with restoration experience you should pretty much know what you'd be getting. She is very solid, drivers door has lower rear rust, cab corners have rust, rear wheel arches were repaired 20 years ago but again need repair. She was never abused, off roaded, in a crash, or butchered. The starter is bound up from setting, but the engine is free. The engine is a 351 Cleveland 2 bbl. (factory special order), not the 351/400 M or the 400. The chrome, stainless & glass is all really nice. Please believe me when I tell You this truck is & never was tore up !. The rust I mentioned Is the Only true cancer areas , although, Yes it does have surface rust here & there. But nothing that cannot be cleaned up. The Only things that are not original is the carburetor & the headlight switch. The reason I am now selling is because I had a spine/skull operation 3 years ago which left me with progressive fibromyalgia, & unfortunately I can not see myself being able to redo her. I also have a set of the correct year factory Bed Side Rails with Original gaskets & hardware which I will sell separately. I Also do have her listed locally so I do reserve the right to pull the listing . But as I say, I must sell her because it would be a sin to just watch her waste away.
