1972 Opel GT This is a pair of Opel GT's. I am not familiar with Opels, and I have not been successful using my VIN decoder for them. I do not know what motor is in either car, but have shown photos for anyone who may be able to identify them. They will be kept together as a pair, I don't want to split them up. Starting bid is the least Greg will take for these cars, there is no reserve.This is the second time we have owned these cars. We sold them around two years ago to a gentleman who planned a restoration project. Unfortunately, he died shortly after buying them, and his son sold them back to us a few months ago. The red 1972 is the nicer of the two. When we sold it two years ago, it ran, but had no brakes. We have not started it since buying it back. This vehicle has a clear Pennsylvania title. The title has been sent off to the DMV to be transferred into our name. This process can take a few weeks. Before bidding, please be aware that there will be a wait for the title. Parts Car: The brown 1969 is in rough shape, and will likely only be useful as a parts car. It does have a good windshield to replace the cracked one in the red Opel. Because of the rough condition of this car, we've applied for a salvage certificate. There are boxes and parts piled in this car, they will go with it. Some parts appear to belong to the Opel, but I'm not certain. As with the title for the '72, there will be a wait for the certificate to arrive in the mail. If the buyer should choose, the vehicle could be converted back to a title later. This vehicle is located in Big Cove Tannery, PA. Shipping is not offered for this vehicle.
