2006 Suzuki LTZ 400

I have a 2006 Suzuki ltz 400 that i would like to sell. I have owned the fourwheeler around two and a half years. I rode it for a year and it has been setting in my basement the rest of the time. The reason for selling is I just dont have time to ride. I work alot and the rest of my time is family time. The four wheeler has a new set of tires on it that has only been in the dirt one time and the rest of the time was just in the yard. A new chain that was put on at the time I put the tires on it. I pulled it out of the basement about a month ago had a mechanic clean the carb and check the valve clearance and he said it was ok. The motor has a ticking that I was worried about but the mechanic said it is normal for this brand to do that. I had him to check the compression and it was 95. He stated that it should be around 130. As far as the ticking he said it could also be the cam chain needs adjustment. The bike has been rode and does have scuff marks on it.
