Optima battery, Hooker 3inch headers with 2 flow master 40series mufflers and had a local exhaust shop make a custom X-pipe to tie it all together. Yukon rear axles with a 3:73 posi traction GM 10 bolt rear axle housing with a TA rear cover with drain plug. Car originally had 3:23 posi rear end. Both leaf springs have been replaced. all 4 shocks ( Edlebrock Performer IAS), all 4 calipers (oem), all 4 rotors are cross drilled slotted rotors, suspension has been completely removed and sand blasted and repainted and installed with an Energy suspensions poly-urethane bushing kit. Chrome transmission oil pan with drain plug, have original pan along with miscellaneous extra parts. Previous owner had the car repainted in 1985. The car is originally black. It was painted with basecoat clear coat urethane finish. He also had the engine completely rebuilt. I have owned the car for 8 years and have put 10k on the car. Very reliable car that I drive 500 miles round trip to Carslile GM Nationals every year. Very fun car. Has never been restored but is original and very well maintained. I have a complete build sheet and pieces of the remaining 3 that were found between the fuel tank and floor. The floors have been prepped and painted inside before replacement carpet was put down and underneath of car before suspension was reinstalled. I spent over 3k with a local electric shop here when I first purchased the car and had them go over the entire vehicle and rebuild or replace wiring as necessary. Both headlights and both high beams have been replaced. Stored year round in a climate controlled garage. Numbers matching car that will continue to rise in value. You can drive this car home or anywhere. I have over 30k invested in the last 8 years of ownership. I have other interests now. That is why I am selling the Trans Am. If you have any questions feel free to email me at joebubas@yahoo.com or call 412-551-7778. The car is listed locally for sale. I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime.
