ONE OF A KIND BLACK SERIES CONVERSION BY SPDV6 700hp 850tq This car was designed to promote our products forge wheels and body kits, we started taking it to numerous shows and that’s how this car become pretty famous throughout the car industries as you can see on the pics bellow from most of the shows that we went we got trophies for the cleanest looking Mercedes. We started this project with a stock oem sl65 biturbo then we took it all a part as you see on the pics bellow and with Jessy’s R. skills ware able to make an identical copy of the black series wide body (now we make production on this kit and wheels as well see our site www.spdv6.com ), the reason we came up with this idea is because the original black series comes only hard top so we wanted to bring that same look and same power on a convertible, then we design one style for this car only 5 spokes split, similar to the original black series. Now we all know the oem has 6 split spokes not 5 like I did, but the reason behind it was not to create a huge cap to cover the bolts, we liked the race look, so we kept the bolts exposed , anodized in red to match with the calipers, that also we got them painted provided by brembo. But we didn’t stop there we added more power, sponsor by www.benz-works.com added 100hp additional at the wheels and 150rwtq. Now at the wheel we got 596hp and 700torque. To get it there the Owner of Benz Works Serge suggested that we should put the: down pipes, front mount intercooler, ECU/TCU computer reprogram updates. Because we advertise our car at SEMA and numerous shows, I decided to give a new look to the interior since the top will be down a lot, so we started with replacing the original leather with swede two tone, then we also wanted that new look from the OEM of the steering wheel. With www.Iforged.com help Vince really came through with this amazing carbon fiber inserts added on the S-wheel, that forced us to redo the center council and the doors into carbon fiber to match the steering wheel, that happen with the help of Ivan from www.DCTMS.com , then for the sound with the help fromwww.bpautosound.com ware able to get the stock screen and converted that the iphone will be able to play movies and sound to the stock Boss speakers.
