I am offering my Volvo for sale one last time, with no reserve beyond the greatly reduce minimum bid. The Good News: This Volvo 122S has been professionally built-out as a vintage rally car, with most every popular upgrade and period option that you can think of. It starts first time/every time, and is as fun to drive as any '60s Volvo you will find, with tight handling and steering. All the expensive mechanical stuff has been done in recent years. And it comes with a stack of receipts documenting everything for the past decade. The Bad News: It is rusty. The front fenders are shot, the rear quarters have some bubbles and cracks, and there is rust-through in the floor and trunk. However, the body is straight and the rockers are good. The Verdict: A good body job will make this an outstanding, fun and highly dependable daily driver and/or weekend rallyer. Or use this as a donor car for one with a better body. Either way, the minimum bid doesn't approach the cost of the upgrades on this car. The power train and rolling stock alone are worth the minimum bid!
