Up for sale is my 1990 Mercedes Benz 300SL. Has the rare 6cyl motor. Maybe the best motor Mercedes ever put out and gets better gas mileage than the 8cyl. This beauty has been very well maintained and is in excellent condition. Has 140K miles on it. Runs excellent. Has just been given a full tune-up and full inspection last week. There is nothing mechanicaly wrong with this vehicle. The engine runs great with no problems. The transmission shifts perfect. There are no leaks at all. The suspension was replaced last year and is in excellent condition. The tires are brand new (michelin tires) Brakes have less than 5K miles on them. The alighnment is straight. This is a great running Benz that does not need any mechanical work. All of the electric components work great. All windows, and power components work proper. Aftermarket CD player was installed. The power convertible top works excellent and has no problems. The AC system works great and blows ice cold. This beauty looks outstanding! The body is in excellent condition. No dings, blemishes, dents, NOTHING! The paint is excellent. Was garage kept its intire life and it shows. The paint is the original and looks excellent. No scraches, nicks, chips, faiding, NOTHING. The exterior is outstanding maybe even showroom condition. The convertible soft top is less than 1 year old and is in very good condition. No faiding in the plastic soft top windows. The hard top is in excellent condition. The interior is in excellent condition as well. Not quite as perfect as the exterior but close to it. The seats are in pristine condition. They were just reupolstered back to there exact original condition. Real leather and same material, they are in like new condition. The leather for the roll bar and all the rear were redone as well. Looks like new. The dash, door panels, carpet, and rest of the interior are the original and look great. This is one of the nicest 1990 300sl's you will find. Overall its near perfect.
