This is a well-cared for Audi A8L in excellent condition. I purchased this car in early 2008 as an Audi Assured car (Audi Certified). The car came with the warranty extended to 6 years from date of original delivery or 100K miles, as well as Audi Care prepaid maintenance. As such, all service and maintenance was performed at the Audi dealership, including the 75,000 mile service. (If you are not familiar with this, it’s a big one, and includes a new timing belt. If you are looking at a used A8L, make sure this service has been completed!) · Excellent condition – looks like new! · Beautiful color combination – Quartz Grey with Amaretto interior · Loaded with options including: o Navigation o XM radio o Moon roof o Winter package (heated seats) o Ventilated seats with Driver’s side massage o 6 CD changer o Bluetooth o Bose premium sound o Parking sensors A Special Note: I am taking delivery of a new A8L this coming Tuesday (8/7). I am offering the car on eBay with a low reserve of what the dealer would give me in trade ($16,275). The dealer suggested I try to sell the car on my own first, as he believes it is worth more than that. The lower trade in price is due to CarFax showing history of an accident. Unfortunately, what CarFax lacks is the details of the incident. I have an itemized invoice for replacement of front and rear bumper covers as the result of a relatively minor incident (no structural damage). Absent this CarFax history, the trade value is $19,497 (and KBB retail of $22,452). While I understand the dealer’s rationale for his low trade-in offer, I recognize that this is an excellent opportunity for someone to acquire a beautiful car at an attractive price. Even though the car has less than 100K miles, the Audi Assured warranty has recently expired due to the 6 year time limit. I apologize if the description is misleading. I included this information to illustrate that the car was always professionally maintained by the Audi dealer under the Audi Assured and Audi Care programs. Although the warranty has expired, you can be confident that it has been properly maintained up to this point (including the 75K service). The wheels on the car now are 19" BBS LM style wheels. The original 2-piece BBS LM's that I put on the car were too soft and easily damaged. I replaced them with a stronger one-piece wheel which is not a BBS wheel, despite the BBS centercap. This is a staggered setup with a slightly wider rear wheel/tire combination. (275/40 rear, 245/45 front). The tires are Michelin Pilot Sport All-Season Plus. I will include the original wheels (without tires) to the winning bidder for an additional $500.On Aug-07-12 at 15:06:17 PDT, seller added the following information: I was able to retrieve the stock wheels from storage today.
