As you can clearly see in the many detailed pictures taken, the "Brilliant Silver" metallic exterior shines like the Florida sun! No major dings, dents or scratches, just normal wear and tear. I have personally test-driven this vehicle and she performed very nicely for me. The, 3.2L, V6, engine has a smooth, powerful, solid feel. The, 5-speed, automatic, transmission shifts smooth through the gears, no hard shifts. The, "Oyster", leather interior is in really nice condition, no rips, looks very good! Only 58,307 miles! Clean Carfax history! Only 2 previous owners. We had her inspected and she is ready to go. As you can clearly see in the many detailed pictures taken, the "Brilliant Silver" metallic exterior shines like the Florida sun! No major dings, dents or scratches, just normal wear and tear. I have personally test-driven this vehicle and she performed very nicely for me. The, 3.2L, V6, engine has a smooth, powerful, solid feel. - Any unqualified bidding, shill bidding, auction interference, or any form of harassment will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Any of these activities will be reported to eBay authorities.

- Credit card or paypal MAXIMUM deposit is $1000! A minimum of $500 deposit must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction. The balance must be paid in the form of cashier's check, money order, cash or loan check from Ebay financing center, within 7 days from close of auction. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com), eBay Finance, etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.
- We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits via paypal or credit card will have a maximum limit of $1000.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary for us to be able to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*. We would appreciate it if you would sign the front and back of the buyer's order that was sent to you and return it to us as soon as possible.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.
IMPORTANT! - We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and may need to spend a little.
- Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
- All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included in the text and pictures on the final photo. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
