Gotta See it to Believe it Up for auction is my custom built 1973 VW Super Beetle. This isn't your typical chirp chirp classic beetle. This thing screams like no other bug. Sporting a custom built motor (with less than 10 miles on it) that is well over 2000cc (more than 400cc larger than a stock motor). This motor has a Volkstroker III crankshaft, roller rockers and cams, port polished and gasket matched dual port heads, Porsche pistons and cylinders, external oil filter and deep sump for extra cooling potential, custom exhaust header, electronic pointless ignition and much more. The rear tires on this beast aren't just for show, they will spin with ease and excite even the most avid VW enthusiast. Motors like this custom built beauty can cost over $4000 as a crate motor but you can get the motor and the car to go with it for less here. The car needs some fine tuning, the left front ball joint is bad but I have put a new one in the trunk to be sold with the car. Also, the original factory fuel line that runs through the center frame tunnel was broken when I first bought the car years ago and I have replaced it with a tank-back rubber fuel line. It has some rust in the typical places (the quarters, and the pans) with some rot under the battery tray. I have restored over a dozen of these and the pans are an easy fix. This car can be a dream car with little work, the hard part is done, the things screams down the road. My father was the last registered owner and lost the title, it was a clean title and only requires a title search. Great car to start that new project, this car is road worthy already and needs few finishing touches.
