We reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer if you do not contact us or make the required deposit within 5 business days. The vehicle will not be released to the Buyer, until all payments are made, all sale-related and title-related paperwork is signed and insurance information for the unit is supplied. Payments: A deposit of $500.00 by Pay Pal (non-refundable) must be paid within 48 hours after selecting Buy It Now or having an offer accepted. We will need you to email a copy of your valid, state-issued driver's license if you are out of state. The balance must be paid in full within 7 days unless other arrangements are made. The balance must be paid with a certified bank check, cash or bank wire only. We will not accept PayPal or credit cards for the balance of the transaction. Odometer Readings: The mileage listed is accurate at the time of listing, it may vary due to the bike being inspected or shown to a customer. Financing: We do work with several local banks; please contact us prior to bidding for help with funding this purchase. Please be sure financing is in order or approved before placing a deposit on any vehicle. Buyer's Inspection: We welcome a Buyer's Inspection, but request that if you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility. Warranty: This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by the Seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by "Bidders" in making bids. Taxes and Fees: The buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees that relate to the purchase of this unit. We are not responsible for the taxes or fees due to when the paperwork is submitted to the buyer’s state if they are located outside of PA. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be picked up, and you will need proof of insurance for us to issue the title and registration. Title Information: All of our titles for units listed are clear. Storage: If the bike is paid for in full and not picked up within 2 weeks of final payment being made, we do have the right to charge a storage fee, not to exceed $20 per day, while the bike waits for pick up. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We will gladly assist and recommend shipping companies to you. We are not responsible for any claims from shipping damage; those claims must be made with the shipping company directly. Please be sure to use a licensed carrier, if you choose to not use any of our recommendations. We are not liable for any damages that occur after the unit leaves our property. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the carrier that you use. Document Fees: We charge a set fee for our documents of $95, which includes, but is not limited to, title, registration and any other pertinent paperwork, as well as shipping fees to send the items to you, the state or any other agency that requires it. This is in addition to the purchase price of the unit. Service Fees: All bikes are serviced and inspected prior to leaving our facility. PA residents will be charged $100 for this and out of state residents will be charged $75. This fee covers the cost of the safety inspection, changing fluids and for in state residents it includes your PA State Inspection. This is in addition to the purchase price of the unit. Bidding: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle.
