2005 Ford Freestar handicap accessible van. 1 Owner.....161K miles. Up for sale is an 05 Freestar minivan which has been modified by VMI. The van features all the standard power options including power windows, locks, cruise, power steering, front and rear A/C and heat. The floor has been lowered 10" to allow for wheelchair access. The ramp slides out from the floor and out onto the ground. The wheelchair is then driven/pushed into the vehicle where there are tie down points in the floor. The floor has been lowered all the way to the front of the vehicle which allows the wheelchair to ride in either the driver position or the passenger position. Both the front seats are easily removed to allow for this. Call me anytime (309)-261-4340 The inside of the van is very clean and was just detailed. The carpet is not stained and the van has no funny smells. There is minimal wear on the exterior of the vehicle including a couple dings from rock chips and scuffs, nothing that would affect the way the vehicle operates. Along the very bottom of the windshield there is a crack but the drivers view is not obstructed. The van has nearly new tires all the way around. It runs and drives great like it has only 60K miles on it. It would work perfect for a non emergency transport company or someone who may have a dependant in a wheelchair. It was previously used to transport patients to and from doctor appts. Good van and well maintained.
