This 1961 MGA needs general restoration to include a 24" section of frame inboard of left door hinge area needs repaired/replaced, battery box, trunk floor and fuel tank need replaced. Some of the floor support channels need replaced, as do the inner and outer rocker panels . All fenders will need lower repair panels. The clutch, brake and electrical systems will need attention. This car has been in storage for many years and has its original matching # engine with a 1800cc head. We oiled the cylinders, installed new ignition points, cleaned the float bowls,and with auxiliary fuel source, it fired right up with good oil pressure, no smoke or leaks, and ran smoothly. The car has new tires, tubes,and professionally finished wire wheels already installed. New floor boards are laid in place. The convertible top frame works well, also included are side curtains and a custom Moss steering wheel.I have a clear Maryland title and the car is already registered with NAMGAR [north america MGA register]. $500 Paypal deposit due within 48 hours of auction end, balance in cash at pickup.
