I believe in being 100% honest with my listings because I know what it is like to be on the other end of buying a car online and getting the bad end of the deal, that being said....I recently acquired this 03 Audi A4.....when I purchased the car from the owner, it had a broken radiator hose on top, the car ran fine, so I purchased it. I had it towed to my mechanic. They flushed the whole coolant system and noticed the heater core had been bypassed. they replaced the blown hose on the radiator and refilled the system, but the heater core is still bypassed. I do not know why the radiator hose originally blew. I have personally driven the car in bumper to bumper traffic in 95 degree weather and also on the highway and it runs and drives great! Since I don't know why the hose originally blew I STRONGLY recommend having the car looked at before bidding. I do not know if it will make it on a long trip as myself have put less then 200 miles on it. As i said it runs great, not ticking no noise from the motor, no oil anti freeze mix etc. I just want the new owner to be aware, I'm probably am being overly cautious, but that's me. I will be glad to drop the car at any mechanic in the Charlotte area for a pre sale inspection at your cost of course. There is an AUDI dealer about 12 miles from me. Now onto the AUDI, the 1.8 turbo AWD is a BLAST to drive! This one features the 17" factory AUDI wheels with a nice set of tires, also has the factory spare which is in rough shape. Over all the car shows very nice with very minor scratches. The worst part of the exterior is the fronmt bumper where the previous owner said a trailer hitch backed into the bumper and left a hole. The interior shows very nice, and includes heated seats, sunroof, etc. If you wish to drive your new AUDI home, I will be happy to pick you up at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport.
