Here is a beautiful 1973 Mercedes-Benz 280C Coupe. It is a super clean example and is very solid and rust free showing its pampered life here in the dry southwest. The paint on the car was just recently refinished in striking Olympic White and is in very nice condition condition. The car has been completely inspected underneath from front to back and is solid as a rock as any well cared for garaged car should be, and has never been in any accidents. The car is riding on original steel Mercedes wheels and hubcaps with very nice Toyo tires. All chrome trim, glass, and rubber seals are in great shape. The interior is all original condition all around. The supple black seats are all in very good condition and look very nice, which shows the quality of material used in this car. The two front seats still retain the original covers but were just re-padded with correct materials. The carpets are all very nice are not worn or damaged. All dials and controls function as they should, power windows and other accessories are fully functional. The Becker Am/Fm system sounds great with the original sound system. All lights, gauges switches, and accessories work as they should. The trunk compartment is very clean and does have the original jack, the spare tire and wheel, and a brand new trunk mat. The trunk pan is solid and the cardboard inserts are still in nice shape. Mechanically, this 280C runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts smooth as silk. The 2.8L engine is very quick and responsive. It is reliable, easy to fix, and parts are readily available. The suspension is very tight and feels solid even at autobahn speeds above 90mph. The car was always regularly serviced and the car was well cared for. The car just had the A/C serviced and has a brand new carburetor! The A/C in this car is amazing and will freeze you out of the car! All in all, this is one of the neatest Mercedes that I have had the privilege of being associated with. It has been professionally maintained and truly loved by its previous owner. This Mercedes is a fantastic car for the price.
