Vehicle Detail
This 1969 Road Runner is a true original survivor classic that runs and drive great and of course named Motor Trend magazine car of the year! This Road Runner came from New York and is now located in Gilbert AZ titled regestired and insured, mostly driven to some local car shows. This Road Runner has of course has the fender tag and orginal build sheet and the original msrp and the original order form from the dealership when it was special ordered with certain options. The car was ordered with extra options that include the 383 CID-4BBL. Heavy Duty rear Springs, Heavy Duty Torsion Bars and Sway Bars, Shocks and even red Streak Tires, I do still have the original rims that came from the factory for the car that will go with the sale of the car, also it was ordered with bucket seats, console, head restraints, Torqueflite transmission, axle ratio 3.23 with a Sure Grip Differential, radio AM that still works, power steering, vinyl roof, tires f70x14 red streak, all the lights turn signals work, even the Beep-Beep horn still works. Now the bad this Road Runner still has some of the usual rust issues in the center trunk pan, and both quater panels will have to repaired or replace, some small bubbling of the paint by front windshield cowl and right front door and small spot on hood dime size rusted small hole, the frame rails and trunk and hood hinges are still fine, also vin plate on dash was damaged when windshield was installed so New York put a ID sticker in the drivers door and even though the Title is free and clear it show the vin as that ID tag number but all other numbers on fender tag and everywhere else matches and it now has a free and clear AZ title and registered and insured, found in a forum that Galen Govier may produce a vin plate at a cost as long as you have a title and fender tag and original build sheet which I do, I have not confirmed that yet but I did send a email, also small p/s leak and trans leak I usually just keep fliuds topped off and drive and enjoy, this car sounds awesome and gets up and goes when you put your foot in it, what you get if you are the winning bidder is a clear AZ notorized title, the original buyers order, build sheet and msrp does have a box A title 65k on titile, speedo works at some times so I do not know actual mileage, and the original rims and hubcaps that came with the car, also the original spare and jack are still in the trunk, car is for sale local and I reserve the right to end the auction early, thanks for looking and happy bidding!
