The Copper Red paint has never been used on any other RX-8 of any model year, so this car stands out from the rest. This is a four door car with rear seats that allows you to bring along the kids or friends. Equipment includes the 1.3L Rotary Engine that packs 235 horsepower, 6 Speed Manual Transmision, Anti-Lock Brakes, 18" Alloy wheels, new tires at 31,000 miles. Car has Alarm & Engine immobilizer with Remote Keyless Entry. Ventilated 4-wheel disc brakes, electrically assited steering, limited slip differential, tuned suspension, dual front, side & side curtain airbags, tire pressure monitoring system. Power Moon roof, rear spoiler, Leather/Alcantara seating surfaces, 300 watt 6 speaker bose stereo with satellite radio, and 6 disc CD changer. Heated seats, power driver seat, Xenon Headlights and fog lamps. It includes the Grande Touring package that adds a bit more race car style to the body that your typical RX-8 does not have. Also appx $1000 of other accessories added after car was purchased. Exterior and interior were Simonized at time purchase adding additional protection from fading. Never any frame damage, only 2 very minor dents not really noticeable on the lower front passenger door and fender with no scratches or damage to the paint. Damage was done while the car parked at a shopping center. Unless you are really looking for it, you probably would not ever notice it. This is a hot sports car for the motor/racing enthusiast and one any collector of unique cars should own. Non-smoking owner and the only person to ever drive it. On Feb 28, 2012 Kelly Blue Book listed this car from $14,950 in fair condition to $15,500 in excellent condition. My personal ranking of the condition would be from Good to Very Good since the car was not garage kept. The car does come with a custom car cover. Seller is the original owner purchased in May of 2006 from Preston Mazda, Hurlock, Maryland. Seller has an owners title, but my local Credit Union holds lien title. Payment can be by certified bank check made out to the Credit Union or transfer of electronic funds to the Cedar Point Federal Credit Union, Lexington Park, MD. Pickup or transporting of the car is the responsibility of the buyer. Will work with buyer in making arrangement for transporting the car.
