1955 GMC BIG WINDOW CAR HAULER W/’57 CHEVY GRILL Originally (registered as) 1955 GMC Stakeside, 2 ½ Ton. It is equipped with an 8000lb winch & dual rear wheels, comes with 6 extra wheels w/tires on them. Has new battery. It has a good running Chevy 396 under the hood with a four speed. It also has “tilt-o-scopic” steering out of an Oldsmobile Toronado. Under the bed, behind the cab, is a built-in lockable metal tool box. It has two extensions that are stored under the bed that connect from the end of the bed to the ground and can be adjusted in or out for more or less width, depending on what you need to haul. Odometer reads 82,669. All glass is good, except one “wind wing” is cracked, body is straight but needs some paint (as you can see). The reddish spots, seen in photos, is rust preventative paint, can be sanded and painted over. Has tons of potential.
