Vehicle Detail

1979 Pontiac Trans Am black on black. 403 Auto T-tops. Gold trim. SE Decals. Gold Y84 T-tops. All items new: Decals, gold nose emblem, door seals, PUI seat covers, carpet, door panels, headliner, rear package tray, shifter plate, TIRES (friehawk 60's) , dual exhaust, brakes including NEW rotors & drums, pads , cylinders & calipers, radiator hoses, belts, spark plugs, ignition, wires, holly carburetor, fuel pump, tranny cooling lines. Engine was babied by previous owner and has low miles (under 5000). Car starts runs and drives great! I bought this car from a guy in Wyoming a few years ago. I have the notorized title from him. I guess his wife loved unicorns so they had two of them etched in the rear glass. (Gone in 60 seconds... the mustang in the movie was Nick Cage's unicorn so this was her unicorn) Also, they had the rear view mirror etched with 'love you love' so I think someone really loved the car and their wife? Anyways this car is absolutely stunnning and a real eye catcher. When I got it the dash was faded silver (you could see the gold around under the bezels) so I re-covered it. Also, the car had been sitting in the sun so everything needed replaced. I did have it painted a couple of years ago and it has been a multi-year project until now. Also, i have the original air cleaner that I will include. Question is being a code 19/19 car was it a SE? It might have been. It had all the remains from the pinstriping everywhere and the dash was gold but I have not done a PHS search to see. Most everything works on the car, here are some things that could use a little more tlc: The a/c is all there but needs refrigerant. The tach, oil pressure & temp need hooked up. The hood hinges could be replaced as they need some help to fully close the hood. It has a small power steering leak that I am going to have fixed before it leaves. I am going to put a jvc or pioneer cd player in this weekend with some new 5x7's in the back deck. This car could probably go anywhere anytime and it is fun to drive. Car is sold as/is with no warranties. Inspections are welcome. Please excuse the mess in the garage. I will be posting outdoor pics soon. Also, payment in full is required before I will release car. Any check or money order must wait 2 weeks to clear. Paypal only on the deposit. THANKS!Bob
