1936 Dodge pickup NO RESERVE! I purchased this truck from an estate, and got it running after nearly 30 years of sitting.  The last time it was registered was 1985, and I have the 1985 license plate sticker, and registration papers from that time.  It does run and drive in its current state. New or reconditioned parts I put in it to get it running: Rebuilt carburetor Head gasket Freeze plugs (due to pinhole rust in them, not from freezing) Master cylinder New brake lines Rebuilt wheel cylinders New brake shoes Restored backing plates New tie rod ends New white wall tires 12 volt conversion w/ GM alternator Water pump Fuel pump Fuel lines Drained and checked fuel tank for debris (there wasn't any, and has no leaks) What it still needs: It could use an update to the radiator.  The original '36 radiator is still in the truck, and has a few pin holes leaks.  It's also a non-pressurized system, so it doesn't take much to squeeze water out the overflow. I'd put a drag link on it just to be sure the suspension is safe, though I have driven the truck quite a bit, and it drives fine. Rust in the cab corners, and bubbling in a few spots on the back of the cab. Rust in the tail gate. Other than that, the truck is solid, honest and genuine.  It's a great start to a hot rod, has great patina. I have a 5th wheel, and hubcap for the spare, but no tire. I have a lot invested in this truck, but this is a NO RESERVE auction, and the final bid wins it. As stated, the truck was purchased through an estate, and the survivorship documents serve as the title when you go to register it, then your state issues a new title for you.  I can provide copies of these upon request.
