AWESOME BARN FIND!!!!! This auction is for a 1947 ROVER 14 4 door sedan in restorable conditon or the perfect start for your custom street rod / rat rod. When we purchased this old car, the man said it was running 3 years ago but had not been started since. The motor turns freely, the transmission holds in gear on a hill and the brakes work. It has the 6 cylinder engine and four speed transmission. The steering column is on the right side. Not sure of the actual milage on the car so I put 125,000 under milage at the top of this listing. The rear doors are suicide style or opens front to rear. It has the crank out front windshield option. The tires hold air and the hubcaps are all there. This car is all original! The car does have some rust and body filler in spots as you can see in the photos but would be a great project. I have tried to descibe this car the best I can but will gladly answer any questions you may have. The car is located about 10 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway just outside of Bristol, TN. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!!!! I WILL NOT SHIP THIS CAR!
