Hi There, I am putting up for sale my 2001 Dodge Stratus. I’ve had a bit of bad luck lately and just recently lost my job so I have to sell my car. It’s a great running car. I traveled out of town quite frequently due to my last job. Changed the oil and stayed up to date with issues that I came across. I put new tires on the car; however I had got a flat on my way back home one day and had to put an old tire on it. So you will need 1 new tire. They run about $60 anywhere you look. I did a complete tune up a few months back and installed a new battery. The flex tubing on the exhaust ended up rusting out and I have found them online for $30. I replaced the struts/shocks. The water pump and timing belt was also replaced. The car does not leak any fluids. No other mechanical issues. 1 of the interior dash pieces cracked and busted. I called Performance and they quoted me $80. I also have the part number I will give you if you end up purchasing the vehicle. The Stratus is an R/T edition. It’s also a 5 speed manual transmission. Test drives will only be given with cash in hand as I had a person test drive it and ended up burning the clutch because they didn’t know how to drive a stick even though they said they could. The clutch was replaced over a year ago. Both air conditioning and heat work great. NO AFTERMARKET OPTIONS. It has less than 130,000 miles which is VERY LOW for this year. KBB books out at $3,588. It has a lot of power options, leather seats and a sliding sunroof that does open and close as you can see in the pictures below. I am asking $2,500. I am not really negotiable on price as I need the money. I have kept this car very clean as you can see in the pictures.
