2004 Honda CR-V EX 4WD SUV. Only 35,448 miles! Very low mileage, in great condition inside and out. Serviced at a local Honda dealer. Clean Carfax history report! This CR-V EX has had only one owner, a non-smoker, who took excellent care of his vehicle and used it sparingly. (Vehicle record shows 2 owners, my father-in-law recently passed away and we had to transfer the title to my mother-in-law who doesn't drive). Never involved in an accident. The "Mojave Mist", metallic, exterior paint is in great shape, still glistens, just a couple areas that are touched up on the hood and the mirror as shown. Front headlamps have some slight oxidation (see photos). Runs smooth, everything works as it should. Features 2.4L, DOHC, i-VTEC 4-cylinder, engine - 160 horsepower. Automatic transmission, shifts cleanly. 15" alloy wheels, tires still have plenty of tread. Just passed inspection, good until May 2013. Rear seat backs fold down for increased storage, split seat so you can fold down only one side of the rear bench if needed. For even more space you can easily release the rear seats from the floor and fold up (see photo). Included is a cargo cover, so items in back are not visible from outside the vehicle. Roof rack included. Under the carpet in the cargo area is a fold-out table, perfect for picnics or tailgating, and storage area below it. And power outlet by rear door. The tan interior is in excellent condition, the cloth seats look like new. No rips, no tears or notable wear. The hand brake and the shifter have been conveniently positioned on the dash. A/C and heat work very well. Includes sunroof which tilts or slides open (operates via switch on the dash). Also running boards and roof rack included. This is a really nice vehicle with a lot of years and miles remaining! Pre-sale inspections are welcomed.
