This is an all original 76 Mercury Cougar XR7. It is a one owner car it was bought brand new by my aunt in 1976 off the show room floor in Owasso Oklahoma. SHe has owned and maintained it ever since. It has front and rear leather seats,power windows,power door locks,power seats,the air conditioner system was converted in 2005 to the updated R134 system and I just recently recharged it this year. I have given the car a complete tune up knew spark plugs,wires,carburater kit,fuel pump,fuel filter and a acid wash in the tank. The car is in ecellent condition there are no rips,tears,or scratches in the seats,carpets,dashboard,door pannels or windows. The car has a very straight body no dents dings, or rust. There are a few scratches on the drivers door but nothing serious.Everything works on this car and works properly! The outside white vinyle on the roof is not cracked or dry i is still as soft as it was brand knew. I done the tune u myself so I know it was done correctly my aunt had no children no therefore the car is totally kid free LOL. My aunt stopped driving the car in 2005 due to her loosing her license to diabeties. So the car did set up from 2005 until I got in in 2011 I have never had the car insured,tagged,or inspected because I dont want to drive the car Im scared some idiot driver would hit the car and damage its original condition. I have kept the car in the garage since I took possession of it. The car is a little dusty inside and out but I will have the car completly detailed and waxed before its picked up.
