Mom minivan, we took great care, ALL SERVICES ON TIME and by Rick Case Honda. Vehicle located on a premium city with excellent streets & roads (Weston). Never used for commuting. No surprises. Great value. All entertainment and safety. Selling because I bought her a new (smaller) vehicle, since "kids" are +15 and 18 y.o. now....Minivan don't fit current lifestyle. VERY GOOD PRICE. Base auction is what the Dealer would pay us. Today Saturday Jun 30, Vehicle received a full mechanical test by Rick Case Honda ($114 value). I received so many technical questions, I decided to go and pay to have all of them answered. I have with me the report and of course I will show it to the buyer at the moment of transaction. Rest assured, the vehicle is in excellent condition. If you plan to outbid the current winner, make sure you do it because you want the vehicle. Do not "win"and then send me an email asking for a discount. Not fair. I have clarified also terms of sale after all the questions and emails I received. See below. Buyer's Inspection: I did my best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for sale. I welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection, please make sure you have the vehicle inspected no more than 48hs after end of the auction. Inspection fees, if any, are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility. Warranties: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturer's warranties does not apply. No representations or warranties are made by the "Seller", nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by "Bidders" in making bids. Payments: A deposit of $ 500 by: (i) PayPal (ii) Direct deposit to my Bank Of America checking or saving account (iii) Personal check (once cleared) (iv) Loan check (v) Cash (in person), all cases non-refundable must be completed within 24 Hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST send or hand out personally a copy (fax, email) of their valid, state-issued driver's license. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 Calendar Days. Payment must be made by cashier's check, cash, PayPal transfer or direct deposit to my Bank Of America checking or saving account. Payments will be considered completed once they have cleared bank clearinghouse process. Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Title Information: Vehicle title is being released inmediately by JGB Bank (car was collateral for loan). I do NOT expect a delay in receiving the original instruments. Typically it might take up to 21 days from the time vehicle is paid off. NO issue is expected here, just setting proper expectations. Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with me by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, I reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is handed off to the the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller". Shipping and Delivery: Buyer is solely responsible for vehicle pickup. It will be handed off the moment Seller hands out the remaining of the payment. Lack of ability to pickup the vehicle on time will not alleviate Buyers responsibility for payment.
