Vehicle Detail
1969 Mustang Fastback, 428 R code Shaker- This Mustang Fastback is very rare because most R code fastback mustangs are Mach 1's, in this case this is a non Mach 1, just a normal standard fastback, and they made very few non Mach 1 R Codes. It has a non matching 428 motor in the car that did run great many years ago, motor looks to be in good shape, the car has always been in a dry storage, the original 428 motor is long gone, but it does have a true 428 in the car and also has the C on the back of the motor that you can see in the posted pictures verifying it's a true 428. This car came factory with a close ratio 4spd, also came Factory with a 3.25 RatioTraction Loc staggered Rear End, that you can see on the Marti Report I posted. I do have the correct CJ 16 hole heads that come with the car along with the correct CJ intake that is already on the 428 motor, I also have the bell housing, fly wheel and big Shaft top loader 4spd, Also still has the 9 inch Staggerd rear end, and pretty much the complete shaker, also have a snorkel that's in the trunk, Have the front bumper and it's in great shape, like new, the car is missing some odds and ends, the rims and tires are in great shape, tires are like new, you can see most of the parts in the posted pictures. The body is pretty straight, has some miner small dents, pretty much stripped down to bare metal, you can still see some of the original paint on the body, the original color is Acapulco Blue, one of the most popular Ford Colors, the complete body, floors and trunk are in good original shape, there is a couple small holes in the rear floors were they had custom exhaust brackets, not rust, very miner fix, has all its original sheet metal. Still has most of it's original interior, the original interior color is Light Blue Kiwi Vinyl, Factory Buckets with console, but missing the console and Dash pad and carpet, has it's original Tach and Gauges and 4spd pedals, the factory 4spd hump hole has never been cut on, all the glass is in good shape, you can see all of this in the posted pictures. This car has been in a dry storage for many years, bought it off the guy that owned it for over 25 years, Like I said, this is a very rare 1969 Mustang Fastback R code 4spd non Mach 1 car, and on top of that Acapulco Blue, one of the most popular Ford Colors, you really never see these cars any place at all, that rare, this is a very easy car to restore, with some work you will have yourself a very rare high dollar car that you never ever see around. The car has it's original door tag, vin # and buck tag that has never been messed with. I also have the Deluxe Marti Report that you can see in the posted pictures and the clean title in hand.
