1979 Mercedes Benz 300CD At 3 Days Auction - No Reserve History - Sold new at Rudi's Mercedes Benz in Merced California, Original owner James R. Arriaga purchased the Benz & kept the mercedes as his pride & joy keeping it original & barley driven through out the years. In1996 James & his wife decided to move from Northen California to Southern California where the Mercedes Came with them. In 2003 James decided to part ways with his low miles Mercedes & sold it to the 2nd owner Jeffrey who was a real estate agent. Jeffrey kept the Mercedes original & barely driven & would mostly drive the mercedes to show real estate property. Now up for sale is this 1979 Mercedes Benz 300CD at a rare 3 day auction at No Reserve. Remains its original drivetrain, 3.0 diesel engine - Automatic transmission. Benz runs/drives great & shows 74k actual miles. Engines sounds great & trans shift smoothly, Mercedes would make a great driver. Has always remained in California, Mercedes is rust free & body is in great shape for its age. Trunk is in original clean shape & still has its original tool kit - spare & mats. Undercarriage - floors - frame is in beautiful original shape, Which makes this is a great example of a original California Benz. Interior is original & in great shape for being that, Also have the original floormats to go along with benz.
