Vehicle Detail
I'm honest and don't want to mislead anyone! This car is in non-running condition and I purchased it as a project for my 14 year old son and his friend (a bit older). I have always loved antique cars and had no idea what it would cost to restore -- or how complicated it would be. The car doesn't have a gas tank but does get power -- the lights turn on and the horn works. The parts are all original (even the 1950 NY license plate!) and the tube radio. It takes someone with a great knowledge of cars or someone with a lot of patience on learning how to restore it! Or, another Pontiac owner who may want it for parts. Feel free to call with any questions at 954-295-0020. Owner to pay shipping from South Florida. On Jun-18-12 at 05:46:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Update to original listing (see below for reference): - A few of the windows are cracked - There is some rust on the body - The floorboard on the drivers side is rusted straight through - Everything is original -- radio, the glass hood ornament, etc. - Inside needs to be totally reupholstered - Chrome needs to be redone - If anyone wants specific pictures of areas of the car, I can picture text or email the specific area you'd like. Again, want to be very clear -- this is a BIG restoration project! Inside and out. I'm honest and don't want to mislead anyone!
