Up for auction is a sprightly 1999 5-speed manual transmission Mazda MX-5 Miata in dazzling Red. The car is running great and has NO check engine or other indicator lights lit on the dash. The front and rear disk brakes are brand new, as well as the battery, and the engine was recently replaced after a failure of the oil pump (The replacement engine had approx 79k miles on it when it was installed; so around 80k now). This car gets great gas mileage and is a blast to drive. The car has 949 racing wheels and Yokohama tires, with plenty of tread depth left on them. The paint job is very new; the car was just repainted a few years ago; there are only a few scratches on the hood and trunk, and some flaking above the rear passenger wheel. The A/C blows nice and cool, and was just serviced last year, perfect for when you don't want to have the top down. Other features are a Nardi Torino replacement leather steering wheel, custom gearbox with low-ratio 5th gear for great MPG during highway cruising, and a third party head unit with removable faceplate and AUX in jack that matches the car's interior styling.
