1969 428CJ MUSTANG MACH 1 Q CODE!! I have for sale a 1969 428 Cobra Jet Mach 1 mustang, this mustang is running and driving but seems to have a 67 427 HIPO sidewinder aluminium intake (C6AE-9425-K), i was told it was a 427 sidewinder engine not sure what it is,the date code looks to be 1967. Previous owner did not know what he had either. I have a super low reserve!! THE BAD: The car will need some metal work underneath, the torque boxes and floors will need to to be repaired or replaced. The body does have a lot of body filler, looks like in the rear quarters and doors,roof. The interior is complete but might want to freshen up. This would be a great driver if you checked the brakes,change the exhaust and replaced the headers(has leak), change the rims and tires was set up for dragging a few years ago so it has very small tires on front and big on back,change the gears i believe it has 4:11's. THE GOOD: This is a Candy Apple Red 428 CJ car, would not take much to be a nice driver. It has a very powerful 427 sidewinder or 428 PI motor not sure of the horsepower but i am sure it is a lot, has lots of extras,gauge packages,fuel pressure set up,tach,oil cooler,B&M slap shifter and much more.Also you could do a complete restoration as you drive and put back to stock with a 428 Cj. It does have the N case rearend,traction bars and reinforcement underneath. I do have a transferable ownership/registration card,this can be used to get a new registration or a title. Please check your state or country on non title states, i have sold many cars without any paperwork and no problems yet. I have access to a transport broker so i can get you a good rate on transporting this car and also i have a friend that can ship up to 300 miles for a fee. Overseas buyers i can also get you a great rate to transport the car to the nearest port. The car has a C6 tranny but does not look to have a R servo, there is a G in that spot!!
