1980 AMC Pacer DL. 83k original one Texas owner miles. I bought this Pacer from the original owner about a month ago in Ft. Worth, Texas and drove it 60 miles at 70 MPH on Interstate 30 back to my house in North Dallas. I have thoroughly enjoyed tooling around to the corner bar and grocery store in this odd little cruiser, but its time for someone new to enjoy it.This Pacer comes Factory loaded with working electric windows, cruise (needs cable), and working A/C that blows cool. Nice interior as well with just a couple of blemishes. 1980 was the last year for the Pacer and it features a 258 C.I. AMC Jeep motor. Automatic transmission and a 99.9 % rust free Texas Pacer. The paint is shiny and always garaged by previous elderly owner and a all original 100 % survivor. The Pacer has some shiny chrome period correct (American Racing) aftermarket mag wheels on currently with decent older tires. This very good car that runs, shifts, drives and stops well. No smoke, no leaks except for some power steering fluid. The drivers door inside door handle also needs some attention as well as a few trim parts. Its a nice old driver that just needs a little tlc.This driver quality Pacer is a good original runner with the normal scratches and dings of a 32 year old car. All the chrome is in excellent condition. The grandson of the elderly owner told me the battery, radiator, and exhaust system are new and the car has always been maintained. The original radio is out of the dash, but comes with it and a 10 disc aftermarket Sony CD changer is included. This Pacer features and extra gas pedal as the original owner was a phyician who had only one left leg. This Pacer has a clean title with current registration tags and just passed the Texas State safety inspection. Collector car insurance is $116 per year through Hagerty Insurance. This Pacer is not a show car and inspections are welcomed.
