Up for auction is a 1930 Ford Coupe we just picked up from the auction. It was involved in a garage fire. As you can see by the photos, the paint and fenders got most of the damage. The roof has been filled as well as the rain gutters using lead so this car was probably restored quite a few years ago. A lot of the body filler has come loose due to the fire. Its a light to moderate project as a person would probably just unbolt the body and have it sand blasted and epoxy primed and some body work and paint. We checked into the glass (cracked from the fire, fender and the other parts and they are easily found. We have the hood also, it has paint damage also, but there are no hood sides. The chassis is clean and did not get damaged from the fire. This unit runs excellent and drives. It has a small block chevy with 3 2 barrel carburetors (deuce). We dont know anything as far as cams, etc. as we bought it from the insurance company. Looks like a GM 10 bolt rear end with a 4 link setup. We installed a new battery so this unit can be driven on to a trailer.
