The car is set up for racing only and can not be driven off the lot. We will sell the vehicle with the understanding that it is not for street use and we are not responsible for improper use of the vehicle. We have clearly stated that the vehicle has not been inspected for safety and that the vehicle is not for use on the street. This vehicle is not for street use. It does not have seat belts, air bags or A/C compressor. It is being sold with the understanding that it is not ready for street use, it has been set up for drag racing and should only be used for this purpose.
