This is a 1981 Toyota 4x4 pickup. Ebay is making me list it as a 1980 for some reason but my title says its a 1981. I bought it as a project about a year ago because of its rare "black package" option. Sunroof. AC. Black on black with stripes. Sliding back glass. This thing would be killer restored. Alas, I dont have time. I put brand new carpet in it when I was on the restoration trail but I lost my steam along the way. Drivers seat has been recovered by previous owner. Passenger seat is intact but not restored. The interior is great. Needs some body work. It has some rust in the usual places. The bed needs to be replaced. Seams are rotted. I spent about $700 having it tuned up at my local mechanic. I have reciepts. It was running great but now its dying on me when I stop at stoplights. Anyway, i dont have time to fool with it any more. I'm on to a landcruiser project and i need the space. I'm letting two very rare 1st gen toyota pickups go for NO RESERVE because I don't have the room for them any more.
