Good running replica of 1952 MG with British Racing Green fiberglass body and tan seats constructed from FiberFab kit in 1984 on 1975 Volkswagen Beetle chassis with factory fuel injected 1600 cc engine. Donor car (VW 1152118926) had 45,019 miles. VW engine number is AJ036545 (similar horsepower to original MG engine). During construction, chassis was stripped, cleaned and painted, new floor pans were installed, brakes were rebuilt, new shock absorbers were installed, all new tires were installed, and engine tuned up and tested for compression. In 2008, valve push rod tubes were replaced and valves and seats were ground. In 2012, electric fuel pump was replaced. Wisconsin title identification number is 6595WIS. Driven 2,267 miles since 1984. Stored in winter. Wisconsin registration license as Hobbyist vehicle one time license fee, not requiring annual renewals and emission testing (passed last emission test in 2002 for 1975 VW engine). Complete with tan convertible top, side curtains, tan tonneau cover (all in like new condition).
