Featuring the coveted Pop Top Campmobile, this is a home on wheels. The more economical version of the Winnebago, the Westfalia put open road living within reach. Featuring an efficient 4 cylinder air cooled engine and manual transmission. This vanagon does indeed run and drive! The camper has been sitting for many many months but was taken out on a short test drive a couple of days ago where we discovered though the car runs and drives, it does so roughly. We learned the fuel pump also needed to be replaced, which was done and receipts for that ($300) can be provided. Though you can drive this car away, I would suggest towing or trailering until an oil change and tune up can be performed which will definitely help and perhaps charge or replace the battery,as it needed a jump from sitting idle. Aside from cosmetics, this vanagon interior is complete . Front seats are in poor condition, padding and covers need to be replaced, thus the seat covers, but the rear seats are in good shape, padding is still firm, carpet has no rips or tears, windows and glass are all original, pop top bed is very comfortable and firm though the zippers are broken on the coverings of the mattress and the seats (minor fix), refrigerator is there, sink is in great condition. The rear dining table is included, but needs to be put back together and both table poles are there (see picture). A good detailing and some minor attention would do wonders for the interior.Additionally, as seen in the picture, there are lots of extras included: sun visors, cranks, handles, air vents...many things I'm sure will come in handy should you ever use them. Nonetheless, you can own this classic just in time to enjoy for summer vacations and family road trips. Car comes with a clean clear California Title (pink slip) and registration is current until June 22, 2012.
