Vehicle Detail
1973 Pontiac Firebird 350/Auto I purchased the car locally about 7 years ago with the intention of cloning the car into a 73 Formula 400/4 speed. As times have changed with family and everything, it is now time to sell. When I purchased the car, it ran and drove, but the transmission slipped. Currently the car will start if you put gas in the carb. When I had the car running the 350 motor ran strong. The body on the car appears very straight. There are 2 minor areas of rust though. One of the areas is the right rear quarter in front of the rear wheel and the other is a small spot behind the rear wheel on the left quarter. It appears that the car has been painted one time in the distant past. Currently the paint is faded and the roof is primered. The rest of the body is really clean with only minor surface rust. Truck floor and floor boards are perfect. The front Endura bumper is one of the best I have ever seen. The lower valance is the Rare metal style verses the common plastic one. The window trim for the front and rear windows is in the car and in good shape. The Interior is complete, but in rough condition. The engine compartment is complete and untouched. The A/C system still has a charge in it. I do not have the original wheels, but the car does have a complete set of late 70's/early 80's Fittapaldi star rims. The center caps are in the trunk. The tires on the car are shot due to the AZ weather. This would be a perfect car to restore or to use as a basis for a clone T/A or Formula. The winning bidder must pay $1000.00 deposit with in 24 hours of the end of the auction. Balance due on pick up. Please be serious about the bidding, as I would like to sell the car and not play games. I will offer the winning bidder the option to buy extra parts that I have accumulated for the car. (4 speed conversion, Ram Air Hood, and other rare options). These parts are not for sale with the car, nor are they for sale prior to me selling the car. I welcome anyone who is interested in the car to call me or to come look at the car prior to bidding. Although I will not end the auction. Therefore bid and bid to win. If you have questions, please email me with your phone number and I will call you back to discuss. Powered by eBay Turbo Lister The free listing tool.
