Up for auction is my beautiful 1993 Legend 5-speed- This car has a fun to drive MANUAL Transmission. The Legend runs beautifully and shifts smoothly, the clutch and related parts have been replaced about 200 miles ago! Its just about to flip to 100k for the first time in 20 years- this car is a survivor. I purchased it from the original family who purchased it brand new back in 93. This Legend has been garage kept in a safe Philadelphia suburb its entire life. The car has been well maintained usually at a Acura or Honda dealership and rides down the road smoothly and quietly. There are no leaks or rattles, the temperature gauge does not even reach the half way mark in traffic, it sits reliably just on the cool side. Its leather is in very good condition for the year and is still supple and soft, not cracked and crushed down like 90% of the legends on the road these days- the drives bolster does however have wear and a small tear (see pics) that an upholstery shop could repair easily. The car's paint is a beautiful glossy pearl green called Geneva Green. Its in great shape and is deep and glossy with no "dead" spots. The body over all does have some small parking lot dings and a few on the hood from acorns, they are very minor. There is a small wrinkle in the l/f fender- and some minor Honda rust on the L/R (see pic) and a few scratches here and there. This does not prevent the car from turning heads and looking sharp! The Legend's Air Conditioning is ICE COLD and operates quietly. I have two original keys with the factory fobs in excellent condition- they still have their leather cases and look brand new- they also operate the factory Acura Security system. Now for some recent maintenance items: Clutch assembly and throw out bearing- 200 miles agoPA state inspection performed- Engine mounts replaced. New NGK spark plugs - 150 miles ago Brake fluid flush @ 85kTiming belt was done with new drive belts back in 2006 according to original owner (no docs)4 new tires in 2010- 90% tread remaining.I'm sure there's more I've forgotten- this ride is fun to drive and gets a solid 25 MPGs on the highway. Its like 1993 all over again!
