The time has come to finally sell my ‘73 Bronco. This is the one that has been mentioned in Off-Road magazine January 1993 and had a 2 page spread in the June 1993 issue. It has also been on the cover and full feature in the Sept/Oct 1993 issue of Custom Truck & Trail Canada magazine as well as on the cover of Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard for years. (see pics)I’ve done a countless amount of work to it since back in ’85. For starters it has a 0.30 overbored ’69 302 with a ground and polished crank as well as a double roller timing chain, re-sized rods, 10.5:1 forged pistons, ported and polished heads with a three angle valve job. Edelbrock intake, Holley 650 carb, ’79 Trans Am “shaker” air cleaner and scoop. Dana 20 transfer case along with a Dana 44 front axle and 4.56 gears with Detroit lockers. 4 wheel disc brakes, 35” Pro Comp X-Terrain tires with about 50% tread on brand new Weld rims. 5 1/2” lift with 3” square tubing sub-frame body lift and 7” spring lift. Custom work I’ve personally done. • Side steps. • 3 point ladder bars. • Front and rear bumpers from 3” square stock with CNC machined custom lettering• Custom pan hard bar, drag & center link steering, driveshaft safety hoop, 31 spline Currie Enterprise axle shafts.• CNC machined seat supports. • Relocated battery and dual oil filters.Currently has Beard racing seats. Alpine CD player head unit. Factory cut half roof. Also extra factory Bronco Pony half-cab & lower insert (needs painting) UNCUT rear fenders. There is some damage to the front of the hood from when the garage door scraped along it. It's not dented just heavily scratched. This Bronco is not 100% show ready but with little TLC it will show very well.
