These also feature Subaru's proven horizontally opposed 4 cylinder turbocharged engine which is mated to legendary symmetrical all wheel drive. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION! The car has zexel automatic climate control which works properly. The air conditioning works well. This car has the premium 6-disc cd changer audio system with subwoofer which sounds fantastic . For safety, this Subaru has, of course, dual front airbags, as well as side airbags, and side curtain airbags. The cargo area is in nice condition and has the cargo privacy shade. The owners manual booklet is there including the pre-delivery inspection checklist and the original window sticker. It has really cool electro-luminiscent gauges which do a full sweep when the car is started. We have three keys and two remotes. It has the cold weather package which includes multi-stage heated front seats, heated windshield, and heated mirrors. Absolutely nothing beats heated cloth seats in the winter! They're so cozy. The outside of this Outback is beautiful and is finished in the stunning and very pretty Garnet Red Pearl. I worked for Subaru during the time when these cars were new, and this was ALWAYS my favorite color on the Outback XT. In my opinion, it is a perfect fit for the nature of the car. This color is really quite striking. The paint is in good shape. Overall the exterior of this Legacy is in outstanding condition. There is absolutely no rust. The only real flaw on the exterior is a crack in the plastic cladding on the rear passenger door. It is noticable in the close-up picture of that door below. The tires are newer and all matching brad-name tires. We have installed a freshly rebuilt turbo. Our Subaru mechanic installed this, and did it properly. It has a new oil supply line, as well as a modified banjo bolt to prevent failure from occuring again. We have also just completely serviced the car, including an oil change with Shell Rotella T6 oil. The timing belt service has also been completed. The transmission shifts very nicely, and the clutch feels absolutely perfect and engages near the bottom of the pedal's travel. Mechanicaly, this car shouldn't need anything but oil changes for a very very long time! Please be patient while over 40 high-resolution photos load below.
