Selling my 1998 dodge ram 2500. This truck is in great shape all around. 12 valve cummins motor. I have owned this truck for 4 years now and have done a ton of work to it.I will list everything good and bad about the truck but please remember this truck is 14 years old not 14 months!!! New parts: ball joints, trac bar, tie rods,pitman arm, steering box, rotors, calipers, rear brakes, front wheel hub, front u joints, rear u joints, transfer case u joints, rear brakes, alternator, batteries, axel seals,the rear end was just completely rebuilt (dana 70), transmission was rebuilt previously, has aftermarket steering box stiffener,shocks, all fluids changed, basicly if it looked worn i replaced it! The sunroof is in good working condition with no leaks. Interior is in great shape with no big rips or stains. The driver seat lever is broken and the dash had an aftermarket wood grain kit that i removed and the door panels have some glue residue from it. All the windows open/ close as they should, newer headliner, banks pyrometer and boost gauges, cd player, aftermarket speakers, tinted windows, rain guards, all together i would say the interior is an 8 out of 10. The undercarriage and body are solid. The bottoms of the doors are 100% solid, the wheel wells are solid, frame is mint. The only spot where it has begun to bubble is on both rocker panels and the very bottom of the passenger fender. This truck is extremely solid for being from new england! The paint looks good but is not perfect. There are small stone chips in areas, there are a few minor scratches and there are a few minor dings. I give the body a 9 for structural and 7 for paint. This truck runs and drives great it is very reliable. The truck does not leave any puddles under it. The only two places i see weeps are the tail shaft (very minimal) and the oil pan bolts will collect some oil. Like i said it will not leave marks even when running, i just want to be thorough on my descriptions so there are no surprises! The truck will need tires soon. I do have most of the receipts for work and parts. PLEASE REMEMBER this truck is NOT new, I have sold cars and bikes on ebay before with no issues and like it that way. So ask questions so there are no surprises but please read this ad fully first. I have the truck locally listed so if my reserve is not met and i have an offer i will sell it locally.
