Vehicle Detail

This 1934 Plymouth Model PE 2-door sedan is essentially a rust-free all steel car (limited surface rust only). The engine is a stock 6-cylinder with a three-speed manual transmission. The stock independent front suspension has dropped spindles and disc brakes. The wheels are non-stock. The glass in the windshield and three rear windows is excellent. The door window frames are pitted; however, the glass is in good condition. The rear bumper chrome is excellent, and the front bumper chrome has some pits. The headlight lenses and buckets are in excellent condition. The non-stock steering wheel does not have a horn function. The running board covering is deteriorated and shows solid metal underneath. This is a very solid car to restore, rod or drive "as is." The paint on this car is aged but looks good from twenty feet. Included with this car is a Chrysler 5.9 (360) Magnum crate engine. (390 HP) This engine was purchased and installed in a street rod in 2002, and has 2,300 miles on it. This engine includes headers, power steering pump, one wire alternator, AC compressor (never charged), fuel pump, coil, distributor with ignition control module and automatic transmission flex plate. This engine runs excellent. I removed the engine from one of my vehicles in March 2012. This is a Chrysler assembled crate engine with roller cam. JEG's lists a comparable engine with aluminum heads, with no accessories, at $10,289. Also included with this vehicle is a Ford 8.8 narrowed rear end with 11" drum brakes and 3.50 ratio, in like new condition. I can be contacted for more information and additional photos at (352)270-7080. This vehicle, engine and rear end are being sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" with NO warranty intended or implied. The successful bidder is responsible for transportation. A deposit of $500.00 is payable to PayPal within 24 hours of auction end, with the balance due via bank wire transfer within sevendays of auction end.
