Up for sale is a numbers matching 1970 Convertble Mustang has a original V8 5.0 liter engine and an original 3 speed C4 automatic transmission. It has just over 70,000 original miles. I installed a new power convertible top, new dual exhaust, new chrome magnum 500 wheels and has factory installed power steering. It does not have power brakes or tilt steering. This car is mostly original with the rust free underbody including rust free floor pans, frame rails, torque boxs, shock towers are all in great shape and original to the car. The trunk is in great shape along with the engine compartment. It has all original sheet metal for the trunk, hood, doors, EVERYTHING, name it and it's original Detroit manufacturing metal. The interior is all original and in great shape except it does have a small separation of the seam in the passenger seat. The interior is black vinyl and original to the car along with the carpet, dash, seatbelts, etc. The exterior is the Ford Red and has had a paint job several years ago but does have some scratches along with some minor rust in the both rear rear quarters which is common for Mustangs. It's a 10 footer, when you get up close, you can see the blemishes, so it could use a new paint job.... All of the electric works on the car including the head lights, tail lights, turn signals, radio (not original), power convertible top, heat, (no A/C). I am the 2nd family ownwer and the Mustang has been in Michigan the entire time. It was stored winters and driven occasionally for the past 42 years.
