The Mercury Zepher is the sister to the Ford Fairmont and was produced from 1978 to 1985. It was available with a 2.3L 4, a 3.3 (200 C.I.) 6, and the famous 302 V8.This car is built on the "Fox" platform. Same as the 1979-1996 Mustang and is a perfect candidate for a street sleeper rod, or as a daily driver. Virtually all after market Mustang parts will bolt on to this car from engines and trannies to brakes and suspension.This car runs great. It tracks perfectly straight and does not wobble or shimmy. The transmission shifts perfectly and the car does not leak oil or run hot. The tires are in excellent shape. If you are going to use it as a daily driver it will need some new shocks / Struts and control arm bushings but can be driven as is if you don't care. The A/C compressor comes on and blows but the system needs to be re-charged. The car has A/C, Cruise, Tilt, Power Steering and Brakes. The Vinyl Top is factory original.The interior, including the headliner is in great original shape and has no rips or tears. The dash has a small crack. There is some minor body damage at the bottom right front fender and right rear wheel well.I have the clean title and the car is smogged and has current tags. Please don't bid if you can't pay.
